It was narrated from 'Ali: The Messenger of Allah [SAW] forbade women to shave their heads.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْحَرَشِيُّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ خِلَاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَلِيٍّ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تَحْلِقَ الْمَرْأَةُ رَأْسَهَا .
علی رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عورت کو سر منڈانے سے منع فرمایا۔
