Translation

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that: a man told the Messenger of Allah that he was always being cheated. The Messenger of Allah said to him: When you make a deal, say: There is no intention of cheating So, whenever the man engages in a deal he says, 'There is no intention of cheating. (Sahih )

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ مَالِكٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ،‏‏‏‏ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ،‏‏‏‏ أَنَّ رَجُلًا ذَكَرَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ يُخْدَعُ فِي الْبَيْعِ،‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا بِعْتَ فَقُلْ:‏‏‏‏ لَا خِلَابَةَ ،‏‏‏‏ فَكَانَ الرَّجُلُ إِذَا بَاعَ،‏‏‏‏ يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ لَا خِلَابَةَ.

عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ ایک شخص نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ذکر کیا کہ وہ بیع میں دھوکہ کھا جاتا ہے تو آپ نے اس سے فرمایا: ”جب تم بیچو تو کہہ دیا کرو: فریب اور دھوکہ دھڑی نہ ہو، چنانچہ وہ شخص جب کوئی چیز بیچتا تو کہتا: دھوکہ دھڑی نہیں“ ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Anas that: there was a man whose mental faculties were lacking, and he used to buy and sell. His family came to the Prophet and said: O Prophet of Allah stop him. So the Prophet of Allah called him, and told him not to do that. He said: O Prophet of Allah, I cannot bear to be away from business, He said If you engaged in a deal then say: 'There is no intention to deceive. ' (Sahih )

Whoever has boughty anything in that manner has two choices: If he whishes he may keep it, or if he wants to return it he may return it, along with a Sa of dates. (Sahih )

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah said: whoever buys a Musarraha, if he is please with it when he milks it, he may keep it, and if he is not please with it, he may return it, along with a Sa of daters ' (Sahih )
