It was narrated that Kab bin Ujrah said: The Messenger of Allah came out to us, and there were nine of us. He said; 'After me there will be rulers, whoever believes in their lies and helps them in their wrongdoing is not of me, and I am not of him, and he will not come to me at the Cistern. Whoever does not believe their lies and does not help them in their wrongdoing, he is of me, and I am of hi, and he will come to me at the Cistern. '

أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي حَصِينٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْعَدَوِيِّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَنَحْنُ تِسْعَةٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّهُ سَتَكُونُ بَعْدِي أُمَرَاءُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏مَنْ صَدَّقَهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَيْسَ بِوَارِدٍ عَلَيَّ الْحَوْضَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَمَنْ لَمْ يُصَدِّقْهُمْ بِكَذِبِهِمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَمْ يُعِنْهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَهُوَ مِنِّي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَنَا مِنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ وَارِدٌ عَلَيَّ الْحَوْضَ .

کعب بن عجرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ہمارے پاس آئے، ہم نو لوگ تھے، آپ نے فرمایا: ”میرے بعد کچھ امراء ہوں گے، جو ان کے جھوٹ کی تصدیق کرے گا اور ظلم میں ان کی مدد کرے گا وہ میرا نہیں اور نہ میں اس کا ہوں، اور نہ ہی وہ ( قیامت کے دن ) میرے پاس حوض پہ آ سکے گا۔ اور جس نے جھوٹ میں ان کی تصدیق نہیں کی اور ظلم میں ان کی مدد نہیں کی تو وہ میرا ہے اور میں اس کا ہوں اور وہ میرے پاس حوض پر آئے گا“ ۱؎۔

It was narrated that 'Ubadah bin As-Samit said: We were with the Prophet in a gathering and he said: 'Pledge to me that you will not associate anything with Allah, you will not steal, and you will not have unlawful sexual relations.' He recited the Verse to them (and said) Whoever does any of these things, and Allah conceals him then it is up to Allah, the mighty and Sublime: If He wills, He will punish him, and if He wills, He will forgive him.

It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shuaib, from his fahther, that his grandfather said: The messenger of Allah was asked about the 'Aqiqah and he said: Allah, the mighty and sublime, does not like Al-Uquq' as if he disliked the word (Al-Aqiqah). He said to the Messenger of Allah: 'But one of us may offer a sacrifice when a child is born to him.' He said: 'Whoever wants to offer a sacrifice for his child, let him do so, for a boy; two sheep, Mukafaatan, (of equal age), and for a girl, one.' (One of the narrators) Dawud said: 'I asked Ziad bin Aslam about the word Mukafaatan and he said: 'Two similar sheep that are slaughtered together.
