It was narrated that Sa'eed bin Al-Musayyab said:
There is nothing wrong with renting uncultivated land for gold and silver.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، عَنْ طَارِقٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، قَالَ: لَا بَأْسَ بِإِجَارَةِ الْأَرْضِ الْبَيْضَاءِ بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْفِضَّةِ.
