Translation

It was narrated from Hudhaifah that the Messenger of Allah said: There was a man among those who came before you who thought badly of his deeds, so when death was approaching he said to his family: 'When I am dead, burn my body and grind up my bones, then scatter me in the sea, for if Allah gets hold of me, He will never forgive me.' But Allah commanded the angles to seize his soul. He said to him: 'What made you do what you did?' He said:: 'O Lord, I only did it because I feared You.' So Allah forgave him.

أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ رَجُلٌ مِمَّنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ يُسِيءُ الظَّنَّ بِعَمَلِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَمَّا حَضَرَتْهُ الْوَفَاةُ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ لِأَهْلِهِ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا أَنَا مُتُّ فَأَحْرِقُونِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ اطْحَنُونِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏ثُمَّ اذْرُونِي فِي الْبَحْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ إِنْ يَقْدِرْ عَلَيَّ لَمْ يَغْفِرْ لِي، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ فَأَمَرَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ الْمَلَائِكَةَ فَتَلَقَّتْ رُوحَهُ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ لَهُ:‏‏‏‏ مَا حَمَلَكَ عَلَى مَا فَعَلْتَ ؟ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَبِّ،‏‏‏‏ مَا فَعَلْتُ إِلَّا مِنْ مَخَافَتِكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَغَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ .

حذیفہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم سے پہلے لوگوں میں کا ایک آدمی اپنے اعمال کے سلسلہ میں بدگمان تھا، چنانچہ جب موت ( کا وقت ) آپ پہنچا، تو اس نے اپنے گھر والوں سے کہا: جب میں مر جاؤں تو مجھے جلا دینا، پھر پیس ڈالنا، پھر مجھے دریا میں اڑا دینا، کیونکہ اگر اللہ تعالیٰ مجھ پر قادر ہو گا تو وہ مجھے بخشے گا نہیں، آپ نے فرمایا: اللہ تعالیٰ نے فرشتوں کو حکم دیا تو وہ اس کی روح کو پکڑ کر لائے، اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس سے پوچھا: تجھے ایسا کرنے پر کس چیز نے ابھارا؟ اس نے کہا: اے میرے رب! میں نے صرف تیرے خوف کی وجہ سے ایسا کیا ہے، تو اللہ تعالیٰ نے اسے بخش دیا“۔

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: I heard the Messenger of Allah delivering a Khutbah from the Minbar and he said: 'You will meet Allah barefoot, naked and uncircumcised. '

It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Messenger of Allah said: The people will be raised up on the Day of Resurrection barefoot, naked and uncircumcised. 'Aishah said: What about their 'Awrahs? he said: Every man that day will have enough to make him careless of others .

It was narrated from 'Aishah that the Prophet said: You will be gathered (one the Day of Resurrection) barefoot and naked. I said: Men and women looking at one another? he said: The matter will be too difficult for people to pay attention to that.

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: The Messenger of Allah said: 'The people will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection in three ways. (the first will be) those who have the hope (of Paradise) and the fear (of punishment). (the second will be) those who come riding two on a camel, or three on a camel, or four on a camel, or the on a camel, or four on a camel, or ten on a camel or ten o a camel. And the rest of them will be gathered by the Fire which will accompany them, stopping with them where they rest in the afternoon, and staying with them where they stop overnight, and staying with them wherever they are in the morning, and in the evening.

It was narrated that Abu Dharr said; The truthful one whom people believe told me: 'The people will be gathered in three groups: A group who will be riding, well fed and well clothed; a group whom the angels will drag on their faces and whom the fire will drive; and a group who will be walking with difficulty. Allah will send a disease to kill all the riding beasts and none will remain, until a man would give a garden for a she-camel but he will not be able to have it.
