Translation

The mother of the believers, 'Aishah, said: One of the children of the Ansar (who had died) was brought to the Messenger of Allah so he prayed for him. 'Aishah said: How fortunate he is, one of the little birds of Paradise. He never did any evil or reached the age of puberty. He said: It is better not to say anything, O 'Aishah Allah, the Mighty and Sublime, created Paradise and created people for it, He created them in the loins of their fathers. And He created Hell and created people for it, and He created them in the loins of their fathers.

أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا طَلْحَةُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمَّتِهِ عَائِشَةَ بِنْتِ طَلْحَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ خَالَتِهَا أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَائِشَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ أُتِيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِصَبِيٍّ مِنْ صِبْيَانِ الْأَنْصَارِ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ:‏‏‏‏ فَقُلْتُ:‏‏‏‏ طُوبَى لِهَذَا عُصْفُورٌ مِنْ عَصَافِيرِ الْجَنَّةِ لَمْ يَعْمَلْ سُوءًا وَلَمْ يُدْرِكْهُ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ أَوَ غَيْرُ ذَلِكَ يَا عَائِشَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏خَلَقَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ الْجَنَّةَ وَخَلَقَ لَهَا أَهْلًا وَخَلَقَهُمْ فِي أَصْلَابِ آبَائِهِمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَخَلَقَ النَّارَ وَخَلَقَ لَهَا أَهْلًا وَخَلَقَهُمْ فِي أَصْلَابِ آبَائِهِمْ .

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ انصار کے بچوں میں سے ایک بچہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس لایا گیا، تو آپ نے اس کی جنازے کی نماز پڑھی، میں نے کہا: ( یہ ) خوش بخت جنت کی چڑیوں میں سے ایک چڑیا ہے، نہ تو اس نے کوئی برا کام کیا، اور نہ اس عمر رضی اللہ عنہ کو پہنچا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”یا عائشہ! اس کے علاوہ کچھ اور معاملہ ہے اللہ تعالیٰ نے جنت کی تخلیق فرمائی، اور اس کے لیے لوگ پیدا کئے، جبکہ اپنے باپوں کی پشت میں تھے، اور ( اللہ ) نے جہنم کی تخلیق کی، اور اس کے لیے لوگ پیدا کیے جبکہ وہ اپنے باپوں کی پشت میں تھے“ ۱؎۔

It was narrated from Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah that: the Messenger of Allah said: The rider should move behind the Janazah and the pedestrian may walk wherever he wishes, and the (funeral) prayer should be offered for a child.

It was narrated from Shaddad bin Al-Had that: a man from among the Bedouins came to the Prophet and believed in him and followed him, then he said: I will emigrate with you. The Prophet told one of his Companions to look after him. During one battle the Prophet got some prisoners as spoils of war, and he distributed them, giving him (that Bedouin) a share. His Companions gave him what had been allocated to him. He had been looking after some livestock for them, and when he came they gave him his share. He said: What is this? They said: A share that the Prophet has allocated to you. He took it and brought it to the Prophet and said: What is this? He said: I allocated it to your. He said: It is not for this that I follwed you. Rather I followed you so that I might be shot her - and he pointed to his throat - with an arrow and die and enter Paradise. He said: If you are sincere toward Allah, Allah will fulfill your wish. Shortly after that they got up to fight the enemy, then he was brought to the Prophet; he had pointed to. The Prophet said: Is it him? They said: yes. He said: He was sincere toward Allah and Allah fulfilled his wish. Then the Prophet shrouded him in his own cloak and out him in front of him and offered the (funeral) prayer for him. During his supplication he said: O allah, this is Your sloave who went out as a emigrant (Muhajir) for your sake and was killed as a martyr; I am a witness to that.: (Sahih) .
