It was narrated from 'Awn bin Abi Juhaifah that his father said: I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) in Al-Batha'. Bilal brought out the water left over from his Wudu' and the people rushed toward it and I got some of it. Then a short spear was planted in the ground and he led the people in prayer, while donkeys, dogs and women were passing in front of him.
أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ مِغْوَلٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَونِ بْنِ أَبِي جُحَيْفَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ شَهِدْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْبَطْحَاءِ وَأَخْرَجَ بِلَالٌ فَضْلَ وَضُوئِهِ فَابْتَدَرَهُ النَّاسُ فَنِلْتُ مِنْهُ شَيْئًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَرَكَزْتُ لَهُ الْعَنَزَةَ فَصَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ وَالْحُمُرُ وَالْكِلَابُ وَالْمَرْأَةُ يَمُرُّونَ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ .
ابوجحیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ   میں بطحاء میں نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں حاضر ہوا، بلال رضی اللہ عنہ نے آپ کے وضو کا پانی  ( جو برتن میں بچا تھا ) نکالا، تو لوگ اسے لینے کے لیے جھپٹے، میں نے بھی اس میں سے کچھ لیا، اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے لیے لکڑی نصب کی، تو آپ نے لوگوں کو نماز پڑھائی اور آپ کے سامنے سے گدھے، کتے اور عورتیں گزر رہی تھیں۔

Ibn Al-Munkadir said: I heard Jabir say: 'I fell sick, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and Abu Bakr came to visit me. They found me unconscious, so the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) performed Wudu' and poured his Wudu' water over me.'

It was narrated from 'Amr bin Shu'aib, from his father, that his grandfather said: A Bedouin came to the Prophet (ﷺ) to ask him about Wudu', so he showed him how to perform Wudu', washing each part three times, then he said: 'This is Wudu'. Whoever does more than that has done badly, done to extremes and done wrong.'
