It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: The Prophet (ﷺ) was commanded to prostrate on seven parts of his body and not to tuck up his hair or his garment.

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَمْرٍو، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قال:‏‏‏‏ أُمِرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَسْجُدَ عَلَى سَبْعَةِ أَعْضَاءٍ وَلَا يَكُفَّ شَعْرَهُ وَلَا ثِيَابَهُ .

عبداللہ بن عباس رضی اللہ عنہم کہتے ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو حکم دیا گیا کہ آپ سات اعضاء ۱؎ پر سجدہ کریں، اور اپنے بال اور کپڑے نہ سمیٹیں ۲؎۔

It was narrated from Al 'Abbas bin 'Abdul-Muttalib that : He heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: When a person prostrates, seven parts of his body prostrate: his face, his two palms, his two knees and his two feet.
