Abu Hurairah reported that Khawlah daughter of Yasar came to the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم and said: Messenger of Allah, I have only one clothe and I menstruate in it, how should I do ? He said: When you are purified, wash it and pray in it. She asked: If the blood is not removed, (then what) ? He said: It is enough for you to wash the blood, its mark will not do any harm to you.

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏أَنَّ خَوْلَةَ بِنْتَ يَسَارٍ أَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لِي إِلَّا ثَوْبٌ وَاحِدٌ وَأَنَا أَحِيضُ فِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَكَيْفَ أَصْنَعُ ؟ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ إِذَا طَهُرْتِ فَاغْسِلِيهِ ثُمَّ صَلِّي فِيهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَقَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَخْرُجْ الدَّمُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَكْفِيكِ غَسْلُ الدَّمِ وَلَا يَضُرُّكِ أَثَرُهُ .

ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ خولہ بنت یسار رضی اللہ عنہا نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پاس آئیں اور انہوں نے عرض کیا: اللہ کے رسول! میرے پاس سوائے ایک کپڑے کے کوئی اور کپڑا نہیں، اسی میں مجھے حیض آتا ہے، میں کیا کروں؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جب تم پاک ہو جاؤ ( حیض رک جائے ) تو اسے دھو ڈالو، پھر اس میں نماز پڑھو ، اس پر خولہ نے کہا: اگر خون زائل نہ ہو تو؟ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: خون کو دھو لینا تمہارے لیے کافی ہے، اس کا اثر ( دھبہ ) تمہیں نقصان نہیں پہنچائے گا ۔

Narrated Umm Habibah: Muawiyah ibn Abu Sufyan asked his sister Umm Habibah, the wife of the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم: Would the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم pray in the clothe in which he had an intercourse? She said: Yes, when he would not see any impurity in it.

Narrated Aishah, Ummul Muminin: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم would not pray in our wrappers or in our quilts. Ubaydullah said: My father (Muadh) doubted this.

Aishah said: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم would not in our quilts. Hammad said: I heard Saeed bin Abi Sadaqah say: I asked Muhammad (b. Sirin) about it. He did not narrate it to me, but said: I heard it a long time ago and I do not know whom I heard it. I do not know whether I heard it from a trustworthy person or not. Make an inquiry about it.

Maimunah reported: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم prayed on a sheet of cloth put on by one of his wives who was menstruating. He was praying while (a part of) it was upon him.

Aishah said: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم would pray at night while I lay by his side during my menstrual period. A sheet of cloth would be partly on me and partly on him.

Hammam bin al-Harith reported, he has a sexual dream when he was staying with Aishah. The slave girl of Aishah saw him while he was washing the mark of defilement, or he was washing his clothe. She informed Aishah who said: He witnessed me rubbing off the semen from the clothe of the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم. Abu Dawud said: Al-Amash narrated it as narrated by al-Hakam.
