Narrated Rafi ibn Khadij: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: If anyone sows in other people's land without their permission, he has no right to any of the crop, but he may have what it cost him.

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاق، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ زَرَعَ فِي أَرْضِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنَ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ وَلَهُ نَفَقَتُهُ .

رافع بن خدیج رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: جس نے دوسرے لوگوں کی زمین میں بغیر ان کی اجازت کے کاشت کی تو اسے کاشت میں سے کچھ نہیں ملے گا صرف اس کا خرچ ملے گا ۔
