Narrated A Man from the Companions: Humayd al-Himyari said: I met a man (Companion of the Prophet) who remained in the company of the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم just as Abu Hurairah remained in his company. He then added: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم forbade that anyone amongst us should comb (his hair) every day or urinate in the place where he takes a bath.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَقِيتُرَجُلًا صَحِبَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَمَا صَحِبَهُ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَمْتَشِطَ أَحَدُنَا كُلَّ يَوْمٍ أَوْ يَبُولَ فِي مُغْتَسَلِهِ .

حمید بن عبدالرحمٰن حمیری کہتے ہیں کہ میری ملاقات ایک ایسے شخص سے ہوئی جو نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی صحبت میں اسی طرح رہا جیسے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی صحبت میں رہے، اس نے کہا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے منع کیا ہے کہ ہم میں سے کوئی ہر روز کنگھی کرے یا غسل خانہ میں پیشاب کرے۔

Narrated Abdullah ibn Sarjis: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم prohibited to urinate in a hole. Qatadah (a narrator) was asked about the reason for the disapproval of urinating in a hole. He replied: It is said that these (hoes) are the habitats of the jinn.

Narrated Aishah, Ummul Muminin: When the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم came out of the privy, he used to say: Grant me Thy forgiveness.

Narrated Abu Qatadah: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: When any one of you urinates, he must not touch his penis with his right hand, and when he goes to relieve himself he must not wipe himself with his right hand (in the privy), and when he drinks, he must not drink in one breath.

Narrated Hafsah, Ummul Muminin: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم used his right hand for taking his food and drink and used his left hand for other purposes.
