Narrated Jubayr ibn Mutim: The Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Do not prevent anyone from going round this House (the Kabah) and from praying any moment he desires by day or by night. The narrator Fadl (ibn Ya'qub) said: The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said: Banu Abdu Munaf, do not stop anyone.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ السَّرْحِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْفَضْلُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ وَهَذَا لَفْظُهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَا:‏‏‏‏ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَابَاهَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏عَنْ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَبْلُغُ بِهِ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا تَمْنَعُوا أَحَدًا يَطُوفُ بِهَذَا الْبَيْتِ وَيُصَلِّي أَيَّ سَاعَةٍ شَاءَ مِنْ لَيْلٍ أَوْ نَهَارٍ . قَالَ الْفَضْلُ:‏‏‏‏ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ يَا بَنِي عَبْدِ مَنَافٍ لَا تَمْنَعُوا أَحَدًا .
جبیر بن مطعم رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اس گھر ( کعبہ ) کا طواف کرنے اور نماز پڑھنے سے کسی کو مت روکو، رات اور دن کے جس حصہ میں بھی وہ کرنا چاہے کرنے دو ۔ فضل کی روایت کے میں ہے: «إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال يا بني عبد مناف لا تمنعوا أحدا» رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: اے بنی عبد مناف! کسی کو مت روکو

Al Shafi’i said The narrator Sufyan has transmitted this tradition from Ata on the authority of Aishah and also narrated it on the authority of Ata stating that the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم said to Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her).

Narrated Abdur Rahman ibn Safwan: When the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم conquered Makkah, I said (to myself): I shall put on my clothes, and my house lay on the way, I shall watch how the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم behaves. So I went out. I saw that the Prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم and his Companions had come out from the Kabah and embraced the House (the Kabah) from its entrance (al-Bab) to al-Hatim. They placed their cheek on the House (the Kabah) while the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم was amongst them.

Amr bin Shuaib reported on the authority of his father: I went round the Kabah along with Abdullah ibn Amr. When we came behind the Kabah I asked: Do you not seek refuge? He uttered the words: I seek refuge in Allah from the Hell-fire. He then went (farther) and touched the Black Stone, and stood between the corner (Black Stone) and the entrance of the Kabah. He then placed his breast, his face, his hands and his palms in this manner, and he spread them, and said: I saw the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم doing like this.

Abdullah ibn as-Saib reported on the authority of his father as-Saib that he used to lead Ibn Abbas (when he become blind) and make him stand in the third corner that was adjacent to the corner (Black Stone) near the entrance of the Kabah. Ibn Abbas used to say: Has it been reported to you that the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم would pray in this place. He would reply: Yes. He then used to stand (there) and pray.
