Abu Huraira reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) gave a proposal of marriage to Umm Hani, the daughter of Abu Talib, whereupon she said: Allah's Messenger, I am of an advanced age with a (large) family. Thereupon Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) said: The best women are those who ride (the camels) ; the rest of the hadith is the same but with this difference that, instead of the word Ar'a the word Ahna has been used (and the complete sentence is like this): That they treat children in their childhood with affection.

حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رَافِعٍ، وَعَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ - قَالَ عَبْدٌ: أَخْبَرَنَا، وقَالَ ابْنُ رَافِعٍ: حَدَّثَنَا - عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، خَطَبَ أُمَّ هَانِئٍ، بِنْتَ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فَقَالَتْ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنِّي قَدْ كَبِرْتُ، وَلِي عِيَالٌ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «خَيْرُ نِسَاءٍ رَكِبْنَ» ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ يُونُسَ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ «أَحْنَاهُ عَلَى وَلَدٍ فِي صِغَرِهِ»

معمر نے زہری سے ، انھوں نے ابن مسیب سے ، انھوں نے حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت کی کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے حضرت ام ہانی بنت ابی طالب رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو نکاح کا پیغام بھجوایا ، انھوں نے کہا : اللہ کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم !اب میں بوڑھی ہوگئی ہوں اور میرےبہت سے بچے ہیں ، اس پر رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " ( اونٹوں پر ) سوار ہونے والی عورتوں میں سے بہترین " پھر یونس کی حدیث کی طرح بیان کیا مگر یوں کیا : " اس کی کم سنی میں بچے پر سب سے زیادہ مہربان ہوتی ہیں ۔ "

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: The best women who ride the camels are the pious women of the Quraish; they treat with affection children in their childhood and keep a strict watch on the wealth of their spouses.

Anas reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) established fraternity between Abu Ubaida b. Jarrah and Abu Talha.

It was said to Anas b. Malik: You must have heard this that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) said: There is no alliance (hilf) of brotherhood in Islam. Anas said: Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) established the bond of fraternity between the Quraish and the Ansar in his home.

Jubair b. Mut'im reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: There is no alliance (hilf) in Islam but (the hilf) established in the pre-Islamic days (for good). Islam intensifies and strengthens it.
