وَحَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ جَمِيعًا، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا فُضَيْلُ بْنُ عِيَاضٍ كِلَاهُمَا، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ فِي رِوَايَةِ فُضَيْلٍ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، وَفِي رِوَايَةِ جَرِيرٍ، مُحَمَّدٌ الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ.

منصور نے محمد سے ۔ فضیل کی روایت میں ہے : ابن شہاب سے ، جریر کی روایت میں ہے : محمد زہری سے ۔ انھوں نے عروہ سے ، انھوں نے حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے ( یہی ) روایت بیان کی ۔

A'isha reported: Never did Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) make a choice between two things but adopting the easier one as compared to the difficult one, but his choice for the easier one was only in case it did not involve any sin, but if it involved sin he was the one who was the farthest from it amongst the people.

A'isha reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) never beat anyone with his hand, neither a woman nor a servant, but only, in the case when he had been fighting in the cause of Allah and he never took revenge for anything unless the things made inviolable by Allah were made violable; he then took revenge for Allah, the Exalted and Glorious.

Jabir b. Samura reported: I prayed along with Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) the first prayer. He then went to his family and I also went along with him when he met some children (on the way). He began to pat the cheeks of each one of them. He also patted my cheek and I experienced a coolness or a fragrance of his hand as if it had been brought out from the scent bag of a perfumer.
