Translation

Nafi' reported that Ibn 'Umar saw a poor man. He placed food before him and he ate much. He (Ibn 'Umar) said: He should not come to me. for I heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying that the non-Muslim eats in seven intestines.

و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ وَاقِدِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ نَافِعًا قَالَ رَأَى ابْنُ عُمَرَ مِسْكِينًا فَجَعَلَ يَضَعُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَيَضَعُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ قَالَ فَجَعَلَ يَأْكُلُ أَكْلًا كَثِيرًا قَالَ فَقَالَ لَا يُدْخَلَنَّ هَذَا عَلَيَّ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّ الْكَافِرَ يَأْكُلُ فِي سَبْعَةِ أَمْعَاءٍ

واقد بن محمد بن زید سے روایت ہے کہ انھوں نے نافع سے سنا ، انھوں نے کہا : حضرت ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے ایک مسکین کو دیکھا وہ اس کے سامنے کھا نا رکھتے رہے رکھتے رہے کہا : وہ شخص بہت زیادہ کھا نا کھا تا رہا انھوں ( ابن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ ) نے کہا : آیندہ یہ شخص میرے ہاں نہ آئے کیونکہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو یہ فرما تے ہوئے سنا ، بلا شبہ کا فر سات آنتوں میں کھا تا ہے ۔ "

Ibn 'Umar reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: A believer eats in one intestine, whereas a non-believer eats in seven intestines.

Abu Musa reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: A believer eats in one intestine, whereas a non-believer eats in seven intestines.

Abu Huraira reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) invited a non-Muslim. Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) commanded that a goat be milked for him. It was milked and he drank its milk. Then the second one was milked and he drank its milk, and then the other one was milked and he drank its milk. till he drank the milk of seven goats. On the next morning he embraced Islam. And Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) commanded that a goat should be milked for him and he drank its milk and then another was milked but he did not finish it, whereupon Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) said: A believer drinks In one intestine whereas a non-believer drinks in seven intestines.

Abu Huraira reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) never found fault with food (served to him). If he liked anything, he ate it and if he did not like it he left it.
