It has been narrated on the authority of A'isha, wife of the Prophet ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ), who said: The Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) set out for Badr. When he reached Harrat-ul-Wabara (a place four miles from Medina) a man met him who was known for his valour and courage. The Companions of the Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) were pleased to see him. He said: I have come so that I may follow you and get a share from the booty. The Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) said to him: Do you believe in Allah and His Apostle? He said: No. The Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) said: Go back, I will not seek help from a Mushrik (polytheist). He went on until we reached Shajara, where the man met him again. He asked him the same question again and the man gave him the same answer. He said: Go back. Im will not seek help from a Mushrik. The man returned and overtook him at Baida'? He asked him as he had asked previously: Do you believe in Allah and His Apostle? The man said: Yes. The Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) said to him: Then come along with us.

حَدَّثَنِي زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، وَاللَّفْظُ لَهُ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ وَهْبٍ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نِيَارٍ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قِبَلَ بَدْرٍ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ بِحَرَّةِ الْوَبَرَةِ أَدْرَكَهُ رَجُلٌ قَدْ كَانَ يُذْكَرُ مِنْهُ جُرْأَةٌ وَنَجْدَةٌ، فَفَرِحَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ رَأَوْهُ، فَلَمَّا أَدْرَكَهُ قَالَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: جِئْتُ لِأَتَّبِعَكَ [ص:1450]، وَأُصِيبَ مَعَكَ، قَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «تُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ؟» قَالَ: لَا، قَالَ: «فَارْجِعْ، فَلَنْ أَسْتَعِينَ بِمُشْرِكٍ»، قَالَتْ: ثُمَّ مَضَى حَتَّى إِذَا كُنَّا بِالشَّجَرَةِ أَدْرَكَهُ الرَّجُلُ، فَقَالَ لَهُ كَمَا قَالَ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ، فَقَالَ لَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَمَا قَالَ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ، قَالَ: «فَارْجِعْ، فَلَنْ أَسْتَعِينَ بِمُشْرِكٍ»، قَالَ: ثُمَّ رَجَعَ فَأَدْرَكَهُ بِالْبَيْدَاءِ، فَقَالَ لَهُ كَمَا قَالَ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ: «تُؤْمِنُ بِاللهِ وَرَسُولِهِ؟» قَالَ: نَعَمْ، فَقَالَ لَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «فَانْطَلِقْ

نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زوجہ محترمہ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے روایت ہے ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم بدر کی جانب نکلے ، جب آپ وبرہ کے حرے پر پہنچے تو ایک آدمی آ کر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے ملا ۔ اس کی جراءت و بہادری کا بڑا چرچا تھا ، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے صحابہ نے اسے دیکھا تو خوش ہوئے ، جب وہ آپ کو ملا تو اس نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے عرض کی : میں اس لیے آیا ہوں کہ آپ کا ساتھ دوں اور آپ کے ساتھ ( غنیمت میں سے ) حصہ وصول کروں ۔ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس سے فرمایا : "" کیا تم اللہ اور اس کے رسول صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر ایمان رکھتے ہو؟ "" اس نے کہا : نہیں ۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : "" تو لوٹ جاؤ ، میں کسی مشرک سے ہرگز مدد نہیں لوں گا ۔ "" ( حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہ ) کہا : پھر وہ چلا گیا ، حتی کہ جب ہم درخت کے پاس پہنچے تو وہ آدمی ( دوسری بار ) آپ کو ملا اور آپ سے وہی بات کہی جو پہلی مرتبہ کہی تھی ، تو نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بھی اس سے وہی کچھ کہا جو پہلی مرتبہ کہا تھا ، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : "" واپس ہو جاؤ ، میں کسی مشرک سے ہرگز مدد نہیں لوں گا ۔ "" کہا : وہ واپس چلا گیا اور بیداء کے مقام پر آپ کو ملا تو آپ نے اس سے وہی بات پوچھی جو پہلی بار پوچھی تھی : "" تم اللہ اور اس کے رسول پر ایمان رکھتے ہو؟ "" اس نے کہا : جی ہاں ۔ تو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے فرمایا : "" تو پھر ( ہمارے ساتھ ) چلو

It has been narrarted on the authority of Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) said: People are subservient to the Quraish: the Muslims among them being subservient to the Muslims among them, and the disbelievers among the people being subservient to the disbelievers among them.

It has been narrated on the authority of Hammam b. Munabbih who said: This is one of the traditions narrated by Abu Huraira from the Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) who said: People are subservient to the Quraish: the Muslims among them being subservient to the Muslims among them, and the disbelievers among them being subservient to the disbelievers among them.

Samura who said: I joined the company of the Prophet ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) with my father and I heard him say: This Caliphate will not end until there have been twelve Caliphs among them. The narrator said: Then he (the Holy Prophet) said something that I could not follow. I said to my father: What did he say? He said: He has said: All of them will be from the Quraish.

It has been reported on the authority of Jabir b. Samura who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) say: The affairs of the people will continue to be conducted (well) as long as they are governed by twelve men. Then the Prophet ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) said words which were obscure to me. I asked my father: What did the Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) say? He said: All of the (twelve men) will be from the Quraish.
