Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: No requital is payable for a wound caused by an animal, for (falling into) a well and a mine, and one-fifth (is the share of the government) in the buried treasure (treasure-trove).
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، قَالاَ أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ، سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، وَأَبِي، سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنَّهُ قَالَ ‏ ‏ الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ ‏ ‏ ‏.‏
  ابو ‌ہریرہ ‌رضی ‌اللہ ‌عنہ ‌سے ‌روایت ‌ہے ‌جناب ‌رسول ‌اللہ ‌صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ‌نے ‌فرمایا ‌جانور ‌كا ‌زخمی ‌كرنا ‌لغو ‌ہے ( ‌یعنی ‌اس ‌كا ‌تاوان ‌كسی ‌پر ‌نہ ‌ہوگا ) ‌ ‌اور ‌كنواں ‌لغو ‌ہے ‌. ‌اور ‌ركاز ‌میں ‌پانچواں ‌حصہ ‌ہے ‌. ‌
