Ma'mar b. Abdullah reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: No one hoards but the sinner.

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْأَشْعَثِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: «لَا يَحْتَكِرُ إِلَّا خَاطِئٌ»،

محمد بن عجلان نے محمد بن عمرو بن عطاء سے ، انہوں نے سعید بن مسیب سے ، انہوں نے حضرت معمر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ، آپ نے فرمایا : " گناہ گار کے سوا کوئی اور شخص ذخیرہ اندوزی نہیں کرتا ۔ "

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) said he heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: Swearing produces a ready sale for a commodity, but blots out the blessing.

Abu Qatada al-Ansari (Allah be pleased with him) reported he heard Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) say: Beware of swearing; it produces a ready sale for a commodity, but blots out the blessing.

Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: He who has a partner in a dwelling or a garden, it is not lawful for him to sell that until he is permitted by his partner. If he (the partner) agrees, he should go in for that, and if he disapproves of that, he should abandon (the idea of selling it).

Jabir bin 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) said that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) decreed pre-emption in every joint ownership and not divided-the one-it may be a dwelling or a garden. It is not lawful for him (for the partner) to sell that until his partner gives his consent. He (the partner) is entitled to buy it when he desires and he can abandon it if he so likes. And if he (the one partner) sells it without getting the consent of the (other partner), he has the greatest right to it.

Jabir b. 'Abdullah (Allah be pleased with them) reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: There is pre-emption in everything which is shared, be it land, or a dwelling or a garden. It is not proper to sell it until he informs his partner; he may go in for that, or he may abandon it; and it he (the partner intending to sell his share) does not do that, then his partner has the greatest right to it until he permits him.
