A hadith like this has been narrated on the authority of Jabir (Allah be pleased with him) from Allah's Apostle ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ). but he made no mention of transactions years (ahead) implying Mu'awama.
وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ حُجْرٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ وَهُوَ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمِثْلِهِ، غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لَا يَذْكُرُ بَيْعُ السِّنِينَ هِيَ الْمُعَاوَمَةُ
  اسماعیل بن علیہ نے ہمیں ایوب سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے ابوزبیر سے ، انہوں نے حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے اور انہوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی ۔ ۔ اسی کے مانند ، البتہ انہوں نے یہ ذکر نہیں کیا کہ کئی سالوں کے لیے بیع کرنا ہی معاومہ ہے
