Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: A son does not repay what he owes his father unless he buys him (the father) in case he is a slave and then emancipates him. In the narration transmitted by Ibn Abu Shaiba there is a slight change of words.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَجْزِي وَلَدٌ وَالِدًا، إِلَّا أَنْ يَجِدَهُ مَمْلُوكًا فَيَشْتَرِيَهُ فَيُعْتِقَهُ»، وَفِي رِوَايَةِ ابْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ: «وَلَدٌ وَالِدَهُ
  ابوبکر بن ابی شیبہ اور زہیر بن حرب نے کہا : ہمیں جرید نے سہیل سے حدیث بیان کی ، انہوں نے اپنے والد ( ابو صالح سمان ) سے اور انہوں نے حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت کی ، انہوں نے کہا : رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا : " کوئی بیٹا والد کا حق ادا نہیں کر سکتا ، الا یہ کہ اسے غلام پائے ، اسے خریدے اور آزاد کر دے ۔ " ابن ابی شیبہ کی روایت میں : " کوئی بیٹا اپنے والد کا " کے الفاظ ہیں

Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) reported: Two types of trarisactions have been forbidden (by the Holy Prophet), al-Mlulamasa and al-Munabadha. As far as Mulamasa transaction is concerned, it is that every one of them (the parties entering into transaction) should touch the garment of the other without careful consideration, and al-Munabadha is that every one of them should throw his cloth to the other and one of them should not see the cloth of his friend.
