A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) sent the sacrificial animals from Medina. I wove garlands for his sacrificial animals (and then he hung them round their necks), and he would not avoid doing anything which the Muhrim avoids.

وحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، قَالَا: أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، وَعَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُهْدِي مِنَ الْمَدِينَةِ فَأَفْتِلُ قَلَائِدَ هَدْيِهِ، ثُمَّ لَا يَجْتَنِبُ شَيْئًا مِمَّا يَجْتَنِبُ الْمُحْرِمُ»

ہمیں لیث نے ابن شہاب سے حدیث بیان کی انھوں نے عروہ بن زبیر اور عمر ہ بنت عبد الرحمٰن سے روایت کی کہ حضرت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا نے کہا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم مدینہ سے قر بانی کے جا نوروں کا ہدیہ بھیجا کرتے تھے اور میں آپ کے ہدیے ( کے جانوروں ) کے لیے ہار بٹتی تھی پھر آپ کسی بھی ایسی چیز سے اجتناب نہ کرتے جس سے ایک احرام والا شخص اجتناب کرتا ہے ۔

`A'isha narrated (in another hadith narrated through another chain of transmitters) these words: As if I am seeing myself weaving the garlands for the sacrificial animals of Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ).

Abd al-Rahman b. al-Qasim reported on the authority of his father that he heard 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) saying: I used to weave garlands for the sacrificial animals of Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) with these hands of mine, but he (Allah's Apostle) neither avoided anything nor gave up anything (which a Muhrim should avoid or give up).

A'isha reported: I wove the garlands for the sacrificial animals of Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) with my own bands, and then he (the Holy Prophet) marked them, and garlanded them, and then sent them to the House, and stayed at Medina and nothing was forbidden to him which was lawful for him (before).

A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) sent the sacrificial animals and I wove garlands for them with my own 'hands, and he did not refrain from doing anything which he did not avoid in the state of non-Muhrim.

Al-Qasim reported the Mother of the Faithful (Hadrat 'A'isha Siddiqa) (Allah be pleased with her) as saying: I used to weave these garlands from the multicoloured wool which was with us. The Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) was in the state of non Muhrim among us, and he would do all that was lawful for a lion-Muhrim with his wife.
