A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported Allah'* Apostle ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) as saying: Five are the harmful things which should be killed in the state of Ihram or otherwise: snake, speckled crow. rat. voracious dog, and kite.

وحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، وَابْنُ بَشَّارٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ قَتَادَةَ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ، يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ: الْحَيَّةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ الْأَبْقَعُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْحُدَيَّا

سعید بن مسیب نے حضڑت عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا سے انھوں نے نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے روایت کی کہ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فر ما یا : "" پانچ موذی ( جا ندار ) ہیں ۔ حل وحرم میں ( جہاں بھی مل جا ئیں ) مار دیے جا ئیں سانپ ، کوا ، جس کے سر پر سفید نشان ہو تا ہے چوہا ، کٹنا کتا اور چیل ۔

This hadith has been narrated on the authority Zuhri with the same chain of transmitters that she (A'isha) reported: The Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) commanded to kill five harmful things in the state of lhram or otherwise. The rest of the hadith is the same.
