A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah's Messenger ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) used to kiss (his wives) while fasting and embraced (them) while fasting; but he had the greatest mastery over his desire among you.

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَأَبُو كُرَيْبٍ - قَالَ يَحْيَى: أَخْبَرَنَا، وقَالَ الْآخَرَانِ: - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، وَعَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، ح وحَدَّثَنَا شُجَاعُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ «يُقَبِّلُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، وَيُبَاشِرُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ، وَلَكِنَّهُ أَمْلَكُكُمْ لِإِرْبِهِ»

یحییٰ بن یحییٰ ، ابو بکر بن ابی شیبہ ، ابو کریب ، یحییٰ ، ابو معاویہ ، اعمش ، ابراہیم ، اسود ، علقمہ ، سید عائشہ رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم روزہ کی حالت میں اپنی ازواج مطہرات کا بوسہ لے لیا کرتے تھے اور روزہ کی حالت میں ان سے بغلگیر ہوجایا کرتے تھے لیکن آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم تو تم میں سے سب سے زیادہ اپنے جذبات کو کنٹرول میں رکھنے والے تھے ۔

A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: The Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) used to kiss (his wives) while fasting; and he had the greatest control over his desire (as compared with you).

A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) said that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) used to embrace (his wives) while fasting.

Aswad reported: I and Masruq went to 'A'isha (Allah be pleased with her) and asked. her if the Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) embraced (his wives) while fasting. She said: Yes; but he had the greatest control over his desire among you: or he was one of those who had control over his desire.

It is further narrated on the authority of Aswad and Masruq that they went to the Mother of the Believers and they asked her (and the rest of the hadith is the same)

Urwa b. Zubair narrated that 'A'isha the Mother of the Believers (Allah be pleased with her) informed him that the Messenger of Allah ( صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم ) kissed her while fasting.
