Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah's Apostle saying From among my followers, a group (o 70,000) will enter Paradise without being asked for their accounts, Their faces will be shining like the moon. 'Ukasha bin Muhsin Al-Asadi got up, lifting his covering sheet and said, O Allah's Apostle Invoke Allah for me that He may include me with them. The Prophet said! O Allah! Make him from them. Then another man from Al-Ansar got up and said, O Allah's Apostle! Invoke Allah for me that He may include me with them. On that Allah's Apostle said, 'Ukasha has anticipated you.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، أَنَّ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ مِنْ أُمَّتِي زُمْرَةٌ هِيَ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفًا تُضِيءُ وُجُوهُهُمْ إِضَاءَةَ الْقَمَرِ ، فَقَامَ عُكَاشَةُ بْنُ مِحْصَنٍ الْأَسَدِيُّ : يَرْفَعُ نَمِرَةً عَلَيْهِ ، قَالَ : ادْعُ اللَّهَ لِي يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَنْ يَجْعَلَنِي مِنْهُمْ ، فَقَالَ : اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْهُ مِنْهُمْ ، ثُمَّ قَامَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ، فَقَالَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ادْعُ اللَّهَ أَنْ يَجْعَلَنِي مِنْهُمْ ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ : سَبَقَكَ عُكَاشَةُ .
ہم سے ابوالیمان نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو شعیب نے خبر دی، ان سے زہری نے بیان کیا، کہا مجھ سے سعید بن مسیب نے بیان کیا اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ   میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا، نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ میری امت میں سے جنت میں ستر ہزار کی ایک جماعت داخل ہو گی ان کے چہرے چاند کی طرح چمک رہے ہوں گے۔ عکاشہ بن محصن اسدی رضی اللہ عنہ اپنی دھاری دار چادر سنبھالتے ہوئے اٹھے اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! میرے لیے بھی دعا کیجئے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ مجھے انہیں میں سے بنا دے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ اے اللہ! عکاشہ کو بھی انہیں میں سے بنا دے۔ اس کے بعد قبیلہ انصار کے ایک صحابی سعد بن عبادہ رضی اللہ عنہ کھڑے ہوئے اور عرض کیا: یا رسول اللہ! دعا فرمائیں کہ اللہ تعالیٰ مجھے بھی ان میں سے بنا دے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ تم سے پہلے عکاشہ دعا کرا چکا۔

May Allah curse the Jews Christians because they took the graves of their prophets as places of worship. By that he warned his follower of imitating them, by doing that which they did.

He looked at its marks and when he finished prayer, he said, Take this Khamisa of mine to Abu Jahm, for it has just now diverted my attention from my prayer, and bring to me the Anbijania (a plain thick sheet) of Abu Jahm bin Hudhaifa bin Ghanim who belonged to Bani Adi bin Ka`b.
