Narrated Al-Aswad: I asked `Aisha about treating poisonous stings (a snake-bite or a scorpion sting) with a Ruqya. She said, The Prophet allowed the treatment of poisonous sting with Ruqya.
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ عَائِشَةَ عَنِ الرُّقْيَةِ مِنَ الْحُمَةِ ، فَقَالَتْ : رَخَّصَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الرُّقْيَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ ذِي حُمَةٍ .
ہم سے موسیٰ بن اسماعیل نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبدالواحد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سلیمان شیبانی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبدالرحمٰن بن اسود نے اور ان کے والد نے بیان کیا کہ   میں نے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا سے زہریلے جانور کے کاٹنے میں جھاڑنے کے متعلق پوچھا تو انہوں نے کہا کہ ہر زہریلے جانور کے کاٹنے میں جھاڑنے کی نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اجازت دی ہے۔

Narrated `Abdul `Aziz: Thabit and I went to Anas bin Malik. Thabit said, O Abu Hamza! I am sick. On that Anas said, Shall I treat you with the Ruqya of Allah's Apostle? Thabit said, Yes, Anas recited, O Allah! The Lord of the people, the Remover of trouble! (Please) cure (Heal) (this patient), for You are the Healer. None brings about healing but You; a healing that will leave behind no ailment.

Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet used to treat some of his wives by passing his right hand over the place of ailment and used to say, O Allah, the Lord of the people! Remove the trouble and heal the patient, for You are the Healer. No healing is of any avail but Yours; healing that will leave behind no ailment.
