Narrated Anas: Once two men from the companions of Allah's Apostle went out of the house of the Prophet on a very dark night. They were accompanied by two things that resembled two lamps lighting the way in front of them, and when they parted, each of them was accompanied by one of those two things (lamps) till they reached their homes.
بَاب حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَنَسٌ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَا مِنْ عِنْدِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي لَيْلَةٍ مُظْلِمَةٍ وَمَعَهُمَا مِثْلُ الْمِصْبَاحَيْنِ يُضِيئَانِ بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمَا ، فَلَمَّا افْتَرَقَا صَارَ مَعَ كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا وَاحِدٌ حَتَّى أَتَى أَهْلَهُ .
مجھ سے محمد بن مثنیٰ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے معاذ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھ سے میرے والد نے بیان کیا، ان سے قتادہ نے اور ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ   نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے دو صحابی ( اسید بن حضیر اور عباد بن بشر رضی اللہ عنہما ) اٹھ کر ( اپنے گھر ) واپس ہوئے۔ رات اندھیری تھی لیکن دو چراغ کی طرح کی کوئی چیز ان کے آگے روشنی کرتی جاتی تھیں۔ پھر جب یہ دونوں ( راستے میں، اپنے اپنے گھر کی طرف جانے کے لیے ) جدا ہوئے تو وہ چیز دونوں کے ساتھ الگ الگ ہو گئی اور اس طرح وہ اپنے گھر والوں کے پاس پہنچ گئے۔

Narrated Al-Mughira bin Shu`ba: The Prophet said, Some of my followers will remain victorious (and on the right path) till the Last Day comes, and they will still be victorious.

Narrated `Urwa: That the Prophet gave him one Dinar so as to buy a sheep for him. `Urwa bought two sheep for him with the money. Then he sold one of the sheep for one Dinar, and brought one Dinar and a sheep to the Prophet. On that, the Prophet invoked Allah to bless him in his deals. So `Urwa used to gain (from any deal) even if he bought dust.

(In another narration) `Urwa said, I heard Allah's Apostle saying, There is always goodness in horses till the Day of Resurrection. (The subnarrator added, I saw 70 horses in `Urwa's house.') (Sufyan said, The Prophet asked `Urwa to buy a sheep for him as a sacrifice. )
