Narrated `Aisha: The Prophet died when he was sixty three years old.

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تُوُفِّيَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ ثَلَاثٍ وَسِتِّينَ ، وَقَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، وَأَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ مِثْلَهُ .

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے لیث نے بیان کیا، ان سے عقیل نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن شہاب نے، ان سے عروہ بن زبیر نے بیان کیا اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے تریسٹھ سال کی عمر میں وفات پائی اور ابن شہاب نے کہا کہ مجھ سے سعید بن مسیب نے اسی طرح بیان کیا۔

Narrated Anas: While the Prophet was in the market, a man called (somebody), O Abu-l-Qasim!' The Prophet turned to him and said Name yourselves after me but do not call yourselves by my Kuniya.

Narrated Al-Ju'aid bin `Abdur Rahman: I saw As-Sa'ib bin Yazid when he was ninety-four years old, quite strong and of straight figure. He said, I know that I enjoyed my hearing and seeing powers only because of the invocation of Allah's Apostle . My aunt took me to him and said, 'O Allah's Apostle! My nephew is sick; will you invoke Allah for him?' So he invoked (Allah) for me.

Narrated As- Scab bin Yazid: My aunt took me to Allah's Apostle and said, O Allah's Apostle! My nephew is sick ' The Prophet passed his hands over my head and blessed me. Then he performed ablution and I drank the remaining water, and standing behind him. A saw the seal in between his shoulders.

Narrated `Uqba bin Al-Harith: (Once) Abu Bakr offered the `Asr prayer and then went out walking and saw Al-Hasan playing with the boys. He lifted him on to his shoulders and said, Let my parents be sacrificed for your sake! (You) resemble the Prophet and not `Ali, while `Ali was smiling.
