p>Narrated Muawiya: Allah's Apostle said, If Allah wants to do good for somebody, he makes him comprehend the Religion (i.e. Islam), and Allah is the Giver and I am Al-Qasim (i.e. the distributor), and this (Muslim) nation will remain victorious over their opponents, till Allah's Order comes and they will still be victorious

حَدَّثَنَا حِبَّانُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مُعَاوِيَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : مَنْ يُرِدِ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا يُفَقِّهْهُ فِي الدِّينِ وَاللَّهُ الْمُعْطِي وَأَنَا الْقَاسِمُ ، وَلَا تَزَالُ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةُ ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى مَنْ خَالَفَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ وَهُمْ ظَاهِرُونَ .

ہم سے حبان بن موسیٰ نے بیان کیا ‘ کہا ہم سے عبداللہ بن مبارک نے ‘ انہیں یونس نے، انہیں زہری نے ‘ انہیں حمید بن عبدالرحمٰن نے ‘ انہوں نے معاویہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا ‘ آپ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”جس کے ساتھ اللہ تعالیٰ بھلائی چاہتا ہے اسے دین کی سمجھ دے دیتا ہے۔ اور دینے والا تو اللہ ہی ہے میں تو صرف تقسیم کرنے والا ہوں اور اپنے دشمنوں کے مقابلے میں یہ امت ( مسلمہ ) ہمیشہ غالب رہے گی۔ تاآنکہ اللہ کا حکم ( قیامت ) آ جائے اور اس وقت بھی وہ غالب ہی ہوں گے۔“

Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, Neither do I give you (anything) nor withhold (anything) from you, but I am just a distributor (i.e. Qasim), and I give as I am ordered.

Narrated Khaula Al-Ansariya: I heard Allah's Apostle saying, Some people spend Allah's Wealth (i.e. Muslim's wealth) in an unjust manner; such people will be put in the (Hell) Fire on the Day of Resurrection.
