Narrated Anas: Amongst the captives was Safiya. First she was given to Dihya Al-Kalbi and then to the Prophet.

حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ ثَابِتٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ ، قَالَ : كَانَ فِي السَّبْيِ صَفِيَّةُ ، فَصَارَتْ إِلَى دَحْيَةَ الْكَلْبِيِّ ، ثُمَّ صَارَتْ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .

ہم سے سلیمان بن حرب نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے حماد بن زید نے بیان کیا، ان سے ثابت نے، ان سے انس رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ قیدیوں میں صفیہ رضی اللہ عنہا بھی تھیں۔ پہلے تو وہ دحیہ کلبی رضی اللہ عنہ کو ملیں پھر نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے نکاح میں آئیں۔

Narrated Abu Sa`id Al-Khudri: that while he was sitting with Allah's Apostle he said, O Allah's Apostle! We get female captives as our share of booty, and we are interested in their prices, what is your opinion about coitus interrupt us? The Prophet said, Do you really do that? It is better for you not to do it. No soul that which Allah has destined to exist, but will surely come into existence.

Narrated Zaid bin Khalid and Abu Huraira: that Allah's Apostle was asked about an unmarried slave-girl who committed illegal sexual intercourse. They heard him saying, Flog her, and if she commits illegal sexual intercourse after that, flog her again, and on the third (or the fourth) offense, sell her.

Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard the Prophet saying, If a slave-girl of yours commits illegal sexual intercourse and her illegal sexual intercourse is proved, she should be lashed, and after that nobody should blame her, and if she commits illegal sexual intercourse the second time, she should be lashed and nobody should blame her after that, and if she does the offense for the third time and her illegal sexual intercourse is proved, she should be sold even for a hair rope.
