(Another chain) from Umm Amarah bint Ka'b Al-Ansari: From the Prophet, that is similar, except that he did not mention Until they finish, or they have eating their fill.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ مَوْلَاةٍ لَهُمْ يُقَالُ لَهَا لَيْلَى، عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ أُمِّ عُمَارَةَ بِنْتِ كَعْبٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ فِيهِ حَتَّى يَفْرُغُوا أَوْ يَشْبَعُوا. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ وَأُمُّ عُمَارَةَ هِيَ جَدَّةُ حَبِيبِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ.

اس سند سے بھی نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی طرح مروی ہے اس میں «حتى يفرغوا أو يشبعوا» کا ذکر نہیں ہے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ام عمارہ حبیب بن زید انصاری کی دادی ہیں۔

Aishah narrated: We would menstruate during the time of the Messenger of Allah, then when we became pure we were ordered to make up the fasts but we were not ordered to make up the Salat.

Asim bin Laqit bin Sabrah narrated: From his father who said: I said. 'O Messenger of Allah! Inform me about Wudu.' So he said: Perform Wudu well, and go between the fingers, and perform Istinshaq extensively except when fasting.
