Aishah narrated: When Allah's Messenger (S) prayed the two Rak'ah (before) Fajr if he needed something from me he would talk to me, if not, he would go to Salat.

حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، قَال:‏‏‏‏ سَمِعْتُ مَالِكَ بْنَ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي النَّضْرِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ:‏‏‏‏ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيِ الْفَجْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَإِنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ إِلَيَّ حَاجَةٌ كَلَّمَنِي وَإِلَّا خَرَجَ إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ كَرِهَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَغَيْرِهِمُ الْكَلَامَ بَعْدَ طُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ حَتَّى يُصَلِّيَ صَلَاةَ الْفَجْرِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏إِلَّا مَا كَانَ مِنْ ذِكْرِ اللَّهِ أَوْ مِمَّا لَا بُدَّ مِنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَهُوَ قَوْلُ أَحْمَدَ،‏‏‏‏ وَإِسْحَاق.

ام المؤمنین عائشہ رضی الله عنہا کہتی ہیں کہ نبی اکرم صلی الله علیہ وسلم جب فجر کی دو رکعتیں پڑھ چکتے اور اگر آپ کو مجھ سے کوئی کام ہوتا تو ( اس بارے میں ) مجھ سے گفتگو فرما لیتے، ورنہ نماز کے لیے نکل جاتے۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- صحابہ کرام وغیرہم میں سے بعض اہل علم نے فجر کے طلوع ہونے بعد سے لے کر فجر پڑھنے تک گفتگو کرنا مکروہ قرار دیا ہے، سوائے اس کے کہ وہ گفتگو ذکر الٰہی سے متعلق ہو یا بہت ضروری ہو، اور یہی احمد اور اسحاق بن راہویہ کا بھی قول ہے ۱؎۔

Ibn Umar narrated that: Allah's Messenger (S) said: There is no Salat after Al-Fajr (begins) except two prostrations.

Abu Hurairah narrated that: Allah's Messenger (S) said: When one of you prays the two Rak'ah of Fajr then let him lay down on his right (side).

Abu Hurairah narrated that: Allah's Messenger (S) said: When the Iqamah has been called for the Salat then there is no Salat except the obligatory.

Qais narrated: Allah's Messenger (S) went out and the Iqamah was called for the Salat so I prayed As-Subh with him. Then the Prophet (S) turned and found me performing Salat so he said: 'Easy O Qais! Are there two prayers together?' I said: 'O Messenger of Allah! I did not perform the two Rak'ah (before) Fajr.' He said: 'Then there is no harm.'

Abu Hurairah narrated that: Allah's Messenger (S) said: Whoever did not pray the two Rak'ah (before) Fajr then let him pray them after the sun has risen.
