Ja'far bin Muhammad narrated from his father, from Jabir bin 'Abdullah who said: The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w)said: 'My intercession is for the people who comitted major sins in my Ummah.' Muhammad bin 'Ali said: Jabir said to me: 'O Muhammad! Whoever is not among the peole of major sins, then there is no need in the intercession for him.'
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ الْبُنَانِيِّ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ شَفَاعَتِي لِأَهْلِ الْكَبَائِرِ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ:‏‏‏‏ فَقَالَ لِي جَابِرٌ:‏‏‏‏ يَا مُحَمَّدُ مَنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكَبَائِرِ فَمَا لَهُ وَلِلشَّفَاعَةِ،‏‏‏‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يُسْتَغْرَبُ مِنْ حَدِيثِ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ.
جابر بن عبداللہ رضی الله عنہما کہتے ہیں کہ   رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”میری شفاعت میری امت کے کبیرہ گناہ والوں کے لیے ہو گی“۔ محمد بن علی الباقر کہتے ہیں: مجھ سے جابر رضی الله عنہ نے کہا: محمد! جو اہل کبائر میں سے نہ ہوں گے انہیں شفاعت سے کیا تعلق؟ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث جعفر الصادق بن محمد الباقر کی روایت سے حسن غریب ہے۔

Abu Umamah narrated the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w)said: My Lord promised me that seventy thousand of my Ummah shall be admitted into Paradise without a reckoning against them, Nor any punishment. With every thousand, are seventy thousand and three measures from the measures of my Lord.

Abdullah bin Shaqiq Umamah narrated: I was with a troop in Jeruselem, and a man among them said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w)saying: From the intersection of one man in my Ummah more (people) then Banu Tamim will be admitted into Paradise.' It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah! Someone other than you?' He said: 'Other than me.' So when he stood, I said: 'Who is this?' They said: 'This is Ibn Abi Al-Jadh'a.'

So I chose the intercession,and it is for whoever dies and he did not associate anything with Allah. '
