Jarir bin Abdullah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: Whoever does not show mercy to the people, Allah will not show mercy to him.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا قَيْسٌ بْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمُ النَّاسَ لَا يَرْحَمُهُ اللَّهُ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبِي سَعِيدٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَابْنِ عُمَرَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو.

جریر بن عبداللہ رضی الله عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”جو شخص لوگوں پر مہربانی نہیں کرتا اللہ تعالیٰ اس پر مہربانی نہیں کرے گا“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: ۱- یہ حدیث حسن صحیح ہے، ۲- اس باب میں عبدالرحمٰن بن عوف، ابو سعید خدری، ابن عمر، ابوہریرہ اور عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی الله عنہم سے بھی احادیث آئی ہیں۔

Abdullah bin 'Amr narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: The merciful are shown mercy by Ar-Rahman. Be merciful on the earth, and you will be shown mercy from Who is above the heavens. The womb is named after Ar-Rahman, so whoever connects it, Allah connects him, and whoever severs it, Allah severs him.

Jarir bin 'Abdullah narrated : I pledged to the Prophet to establish the Salat, give the Zakat, and to give sincere advice to every Muslim.

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: : The Muslim is the brother to the Muslim, he does not cheat him, lie to him, nor deceive him. All of the Muslim is unlawful to another Muslim: His Honor, his wealth, and his blood. At-taqwa is here. It is enough evil for a man that he belittle his brother Muslim.

Abu Musa Al-Ash'arf narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: : The believer is to the believer like parts of a building, each one of them supporting the other.
