Jabir narrated that The Prophet said: “Do not enter upon Al-Mughibar (the women whose husband are absent), for indeed the Shaitan flows through one of you as the blood flows.” We said: “And you?” He said: “And me, but Allah helped me over him, so I am safe.”
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا تَلِجُوا عَلَى الْمُغِيبَاتِ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَجْرِي مِنْ أَحَدِكُمْ مَجْرَى الدَّمِ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قُلْنَا:‏‏‏‏ وَمِنْكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَمِنِّي وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعَانَنِي عَلَيْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَسْلَمُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ تَكَلَّمَ بَعْضُهُمْ فِي مُجَالِدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ مِنْ قِبَلِ حِفْظِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وسَمِعْت عَلِيَّ بْنَ خَشْرَمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ فِي تَفْسِيرِ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعَانَنِي عَلَيْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَسْلَمُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَعْنِي أَسْلَمُ أَنَا مِنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ سُفْيَانُ:‏‏‏‏ وَالشَّيْطَانُ لَا يُسْلِمُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا تَلِجُوا عَلَى الْمُغِيبَاتِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمُغِيبَةُ الْمَرْأَةُ الَّتِي يَكُونُ زَوْجُهَا غَائِبًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمُغِيبَاتُ:‏‏‏‏ جَمَاعَةُ الْمُغِيبَةِ.
جابر رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ   نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم لوگ ایسی عورتوں کے گھروں میں داخل نہ ہو، جن کے شوہر گھروں پر نہ ہوں، اس لیے کہ شیطان تم میں سے ہر ایک کے اندر ایسے ہی دوڑتا ہے جیسے خون جسم میں دوڑتا ہے“، ہم نے عرض کیا: آپ کے بھی؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ”ہاں میرے بھی، لیکن اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کے مقابلے میں میری مدد کی ہے، اس لیے میں ( اس کے شر سے ) محفوظ رہتا ہوں“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث اس سند سے غریب ہے۔ بعض لوگوں نے مجالد بن سعید کے حفظ کے تعلق سے کلام کیا ہے، ۲- سفیان بن عیینہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے قول «ولكن الله اعانني عليه فاسلم» ”لیکن اللہ نے میری مدد کی ہے اس لیے میں محفوظ رہتا ہوں“ کی تشریح میں کہتے ہیں: اس سے مراد یہ ہے کہ ”میں اس شیطان سے محفوظ رہتا ہوں“، نہ یہ کہ وہ اسلام لے آیا ہے ( کیونکہ ) : شیطان مسلمان نہیں ہوتا، ۳- «ولاتلجوا على المغيبات» میں «مغیبة» سے مراد وہ عورت ہے، جس کا شوہر موجود نہ ہو، «مغيبات»،‏‏‏‏ «مغيبة» کی جمع ہے۔

Yunus bin Jubair said: I asked Ibn Umar about a man who divorced his wife while she was menstruating. So he said: 'Don't you know Abdullah bin Umar?' Indeed he divorced his wife while she was menstruating, so Umar asked the Prophet about that, and he ordered him to take her back.' He said: I said: And that divorce is counted? He said: And that divorce is counted? He said: 'What else would you think if he was helpless and foolish?'
