Jabir narrated that The Prophet said: “Do not enter upon Al-Mughibar (the women whose husband are absent), for indeed the Shaitan flows through one of you as the blood flows.” We said: “And you?” He said: “And me, but Allah helped me over him, so I am safe.”

حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنْ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ لَا تَلِجُوا عَلَى الْمُغِيبَاتِ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ يَجْرِي مِنْ أَحَدِكُمْ مَجْرَى الدَّمِ ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قُلْنَا:‏‏‏‏ وَمِنْكَ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ:‏‏‏‏ وَمِنِّي وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعَانَنِي عَلَيْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَسْلَمُ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى:‏‏‏‏ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَقَدْ تَكَلَّمَ بَعْضُهُمْ فِي مُجَالِدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ مِنْ قِبَلِ حِفْظِهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وسَمِعْت عَلِيَّ بْنَ خَشْرَمٍ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَقُولُ:‏‏‏‏ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ فِي تَفْسِيرِ قَوْلِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:‏‏‏‏ وَلَكِنَّ اللَّهَ أَعَانَنِي عَلَيْهِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏فَأَسْلَمُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏يَعْنِي أَسْلَمُ أَنَا مِنْهُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏قَالَ سُفْيَانُ:‏‏‏‏ وَالشَّيْطَانُ لَا يُسْلِمُ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَلَا تَلِجُوا عَلَى الْمُغِيبَاتِ، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمُغِيبَةُ الْمَرْأَةُ الَّتِي يَكُونُ زَوْجُهَا غَائِبًا، ‏‏‏‏‏‏وَالْمُغِيبَاتُ:‏‏‏‏ جَمَاعَةُ الْمُغِيبَةِ.

جابر رضی الله عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا: ”تم لوگ ایسی عورتوں کے گھروں میں داخل نہ ہو، جن کے شوہر گھروں پر نہ ہوں، اس لیے کہ شیطان تم میں سے ہر ایک کے اندر ایسے ہی دوڑتا ہے جیسے خون جسم میں دوڑتا ہے“، ہم نے عرض کیا: آپ کے بھی؟ آپ نے فرمایا: ”ہاں میرے بھی، لیکن اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کے مقابلے میں میری مدد کی ہے، اس لیے میں ( اس کے شر سے ) محفوظ رہتا ہوں“۔ امام ترمذی کہتے ہیں: یہ حدیث اس سند سے غریب ہے۔ بعض لوگوں نے مجالد بن سعید کے حفظ کے تعلق سے کلام کیا ہے، ۲- سفیان بن عیینہ نبی اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے قول «ولكن الله اعانني عليه فاسلم» ”لیکن اللہ نے میری مدد کی ہے اس لیے میں محفوظ رہتا ہوں“ کی تشریح میں کہتے ہیں: اس سے مراد یہ ہے کہ ”میں اس شیطان سے محفوظ رہتا ہوں“، نہ یہ کہ وہ اسلام لے آیا ہے ( کیونکہ ) : شیطان مسلمان نہیں ہوتا، ۳- «ولاتلجوا على المغيبات» میں «مغیبة» سے مراد وہ عورت ہے، جس کا شوہر موجود نہ ہو، «مغيبات»،‏‏‏‏ «مغيبة» کی جمع ہے۔

Abdullah narrated that The Prophet said: “The woman is Awrah, so when she goes out, the Shaitan seeks to tempt her.”

Mu’adh bin Jabal narrated that The Prophet said: “No woman annoys her husband in the world except that his wife among the Al-Huril-Ain said: ‘Do not annoy him, may Allah destroy you, he is only like a guest with, soon he will part from you for us.’”

Yunus bin Jubair said: I asked Ibn Umar about a man who divorced his wife while she was menstruating. So he said: 'Don't you know Abdullah bin Umar?' Indeed he divorced his wife while she was menstruating, so Umar asked the Prophet about that, and he ordered him to take her back.' He said: I said: And that divorce is counted? He said: And that divorce is counted? He said: 'What else would you think if he was helpless and foolish?'

Salim narrated that: His father divorced his wife during her menses, so Umar asked the Prophet about that and he said: Tell him to take her back, then let him divorce her while she is pure or pregnant.

Abdullah bin Yazid bin Rukanah narrated from his father, from his grandfather who said: 'O Messenger of Allah! I irrevocably divorced my wife.' So he said: 'What did you intend by that?' I said: 'One (divorce).' He said: '(Do you swear) By Allah?' I said: 'By Allah.' He said: 'Then it is as you intended.'

Hammad bin Yazid said: I said to Abu Ayyub: 'Do you know of anyone who said that: Your case is up to you? counts as three besides Al-Hasan?' He said: No, not besides Al-Hasan.' Then he said: 'O Allah forgive me - except for what has been narrated to me by Qatadah, from Kathir the freed slave of Banu Samurah, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurairah, that the Prophet said: Three.' Abu Ayyub said: 'So I met Kathir the freed slave of Banu Samurah and asked him about it, but he was not aware of it. So I returned to Qatadah and informed him about that and he said: He forgot.
